Lead Structural Engineer

About the Role
In this role, you will:

• Perform advanced calculations for steel, concrete, and timber structures, working closely with consulting engineers on innovative designs.
• Address complex technical client queries and provide tailored solutions in collaboration with the consulting team.
• Conduct design reviews, attend client and contractor meetings, and oversee project execution.
• Partner with internal teams and third parties to ensure technical and budgetary alignment throughout the design process.
• Review calculations, drawings, and manage project documentation with precision.

Your expertise in Parametric Design, Automated Engineering, and Augmented Design will be vital in delivering groundbreaking solutions for high-stakes, mission-critical facilities.

What You will Bring
You are an initiative-taking, results-oriented professional with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate has:

• A master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, with a focus on building design.
• Extensive knowledge of German (DIN) standards and engineering practices.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience at a consultancy or engineering firm in Germany.
• Proficiency in 3D calculation software and a strong customer-oriented mindset, particularly in the context of data centers.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Flexibility to travel within Germany and occasionally to other European locations.
